Ryan Heiser
President & CEO

Ryan joined Fisher National Bank in 2006. As President and CEO, it is Ryan’s objective to lead the development and execution of the bank’s long term strategy and implement the bank’s mission statement. He is committed to creating a culture and atmosphere that promotes productivity, safety, harmony and fun for employees and customers alike. Ryan has been an ambassador for Champaign and Vermilion Counties serving countless hours on organizational boards such as Mahomet Chamber of Commerce, Champaign Parks Foundation, and Community Bankers Association of Illinois. Ryan is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys recreational activities like mountain biking, kayaking, fishing and hiking. Some of his favorite hikes include Havasu Falls, Glacier National Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. He also enjoys traveling the beautiful country side with his wife.
Eric Stalter
Community President & CFO
Location: Fisher
Eric joined Fisher National Bank in 1996. His areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Ag & Corporate lending, Compliance, Investments and Community development. Eric is heavily involved in the Fisher Community. He has been a member of the Sangamon Valley Fire Protection Dept since 1999 and is currently serving as Chief, Willowbrook Cemetery Trustee, Secretary/Treasurer for the Fisher Area Business Association and he has been a member of the chain gang for Fisher High School football since 1993. When he’s not at the bank, Eric farms with his wife, Terri. Eric enjoys going to Cubs games at Wrigley Field. Eric’s goal is to see a Major League baseball game in every park in one summer. When they get the chance, Eric and his wife enjoy spending summer days driving their jeep. A fun weekend might include spending time with family and friends.
Damian Spencer
Community President & CMO
Location: Champaign
Damian joined Fisher National Bank in 2012. His areas of expertise include mortgage, personal and commercial lending. In his free time, Damian enjoys golfing, softball and basketball. He is in multiple rec leagues for these sports in both Champaign and Mahomet. Each day after work, you can usually find Damian at No-limit Fitness, his preferred cross-fit gym in Mahomet. During the summer, Damian’s favorite vacation spot is the Bahamas. While down there, he enjoys snorkeling and trying the different local restaurants. An ideal weekend for Damian would be a BBQ in his backyard with family and friends where they grilled out, played bags and hang out by the pool.
Jeff Fauver
Community President and CCO
Location: Catlin
Jeff has been in banking since 2003. Although at one point or another in his tenured banking career he has worked in all areas of lending, he is an expert in commercial lending and SBA (Small Business Administration) lending. Jeff finds it especially fulfilling to work with small business customers and loves seeing a small business with 1-2 employees grow into a medium-sized business of 25+ employees. With a strong and diversified knowledge in business, he serves on many boards in the community. Jeff is the Vice Chairman of Vermilion Advantage, which is Vermilion County’s Economic/Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Vermilion County Workforce Investment Board, a Board Member of the Vermilion County Mental Health Board 708, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Illinois Land Bank Authority. Beyond the boardroom, Jeff is an avid sports fan and his extensive knowledge in baseball and football has served him well over the years since he has coached numerous baseball and football teams. His competitive nature extends beyond the boardroom and ballfield since he can often be found challenging people to play against him in Call of Duty. In his spare time, Jeff loves relaxing with his wife, kids, and dog, Nala, at the pool.
Mike Estes
Chairman of the Board
Mike Estes has been with the bank since March 1975. He served as President and CEO for 25 years. In 2020, Mike relinquished his role as CEO and was elected Chairman of the Board for Fisher National Bank. He also serves as Chairman/President of Fisher Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Fisher National. Mike focuses on continued development of the strategic direction for the Bank, manages shareholder relations, helps identify value-enhancing initiatives and leads the board in oversight. Mike has had the privilege of serving on the board and committees for the Community Bankers Assoc. of IL (CBAI) and Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) which are both trade associations that promote and advocate for community banking across the country. He is an avid golfer and is proud of his newest role as grandpa. In his spare time, he and his wife plan to travel in the US and abroad, hopefully golfing as many states and countries as they can.
Kellie Schluter
Executive Vice President
Kellie’s career with Fisher National Bank started in 2004. She eventually took some time off to attend college and start a family but she returned in 2022. Kellie’s primary role consists of management, audit and bank security. Kellie’s vision is to create a positive and comforting atmosphere for employees and customers alike. Kellie enjoys working with current employees to provide encouragement and to help determine what area of banking you are best suited for. Kellie is actively directing the American Lutheran Church Sunday School program and a member of the Parent Teacher League at St. John’s Lutheran School in Buckley, IL. Kellie and her family enjoy being at home with their animals, as well as going camping. Family goals include exploring all the National Parks!
