Angie joined Fisher National Bank in 2002. Her areas of expertise include mortgage, consumer and personal lending. Angie is involved in her community as a Trustee for the Village of Fisher, advisory board member for Gibson Area Hospital and affiliate member of the Champaign County Association of Realtors. When Angie isn’t working, she enjoys swimming, fishing and taking trips to southern Illinois with her husband and friends. A fun night for Angie would be dinner at her favorite local restaurant, the Bayern Stube in Gibson City, and watching her favorite movie, Steel Magnolias.

Emilee joined Fisher National Bank in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative. Today she is the Branch Manager of the Fisher facility and Cashier. Her areas of expertise include operations and staff management. Her favorite part of a workday is being able to support her coworkers when they need help and finding ways to improve efficiency. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at community events. She is the proud mother of a son. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading, and playing golf. A perfect day for Emilee would be going to a park or Zoo with her husband and son then stopping at an ice cream shop on their way home.

Jason joined Fisher National Bank in 2006. His areas of expertise include mortgage loans, personal loans and marketing. Jason is also involved in the Mahomet Community. He is on the board for the Mahomet Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for several events including Mahomet’s Music festival and the Freedom Fest. In his spare time, you will find Jason on the golf course or spending time with family and friends. One of his favorite things to do is tailgate for the Fighting Illini football games. A fun night out might include some drinks and appetizers with a few friends on a patio in downtown Champaign.

Location: Mahomet

Jordan first worked for Fisher National Bank from 2013 to 2017 as a teller in Mahomet and a loan assistant in Champaign. He earned a degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois in 2017 and subsequently began a career in bank examining with the FDIC. Jordan returned to the bank as the Mahomet branch’s commercial lender in 2020. A Mahomet native, he serves on the Mahomet-Seymour Board of Education and mentors at Mahomet-Seymour Junior High. You can find Jordan running the streets of Mahomet almost every day. He has completed six marathons, including four of the six World Marathon Majors.

Gretchen joined Fisher National Bank in 2021. Her areas of expertise include personal and business banking, personal loans, networking, and business development. Gretchen’s love of people and her community brought her to Fisher National Bank. Just like Fisher National Bank, she believes in investing in the people and businesses in her community and beyond. In her spare time, you can find Gretchen spending time with her family especially her two grandsons Ike and Skip. She also loves shopping, the color pink, and her yorkie poo Matilda (Tilly).

With 41 years of experience in the banking industry, Julie has had the privilege of serving in various roles from part-time teller to President & CEO. Her areas of expertise include staff management and personal banking, and her passion lies in connecting with and assisting customers. She enjoys the community bank atmosphere and collaborating with our dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service. Outside of work, Julie is an avid animal lover, with a special fondness for horses and dogs, and she cherishes spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Jarett joined Fisher National Bank in 2018. His areas of expertise include mortgage loans, personal loans, and personal/business banking products. During Jarett’s time at the Bank, he’s earned his associate’s degree in business administration from Parkland College and has worked in operations and loans. When Jarett’s out of the office you’ll find him either spending his time volunteering at various events in Champaign and Vermilion County, riding his bike on the Kickapoo Rail Trail, or at Illini Sporting Events.

Kyle joined Fisher National Bank in 2021. His areas of expertise include commercial and personal lending. Kyle has been actively involved in the Champaign community through Champaign West Rotary, Central Illinois Rental Property Professionals, and other non-profit organizations, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters. Kyle attended the University of Illinois and is an avid Illinois sports fan. Depending on the sports season you will find him with his family at Illinois games and events. In addition to Illini sports, Kyle and his family are highly involved in youth sports throughout the Champaign community. He is on the board of Champaign West Little League and coaches his twin sons in Little League and travel baseball. He also has a son that plays competitive youth soccer and a daughter who plays youth softball.

Garrett Talla

Location: Champaign

Garrett joined Fisher National Bank in 2019. His area of expertise includes mortgage and personal lending. Prior to joining the bank, Garrett coached high school wrestling for six years after graduating from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and one of his favorite weekends of the year is the IHSA State Wrestling tournament at State Farm Center every February. In his spare time, you will find him attempting to improve his golf game, trying different local cuisines, complaining to anyone who will listen about the Jacksonville Jaguars, and enjoying the company of his girlfriend Whitney, their dog Jaxxie, and two cats, Mattie and Mollie.

Jamie Birkey

Jamie worked for Fisher National Bank at the Fisher location in the early 2000's, then took time to raise her two children. Her homecoming with Fisher National Bank started in April of 2024. Her areas of expertise include personal banking, products, and services. She loves connecting with people and finding creative ways to make life easier for her team and customers. Jamie enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, baking artisan breads and tending to her chickens. She and her husband love watching Illini ballgames, weekend getaways and hosting cookouts at their home.

Colton has been in banking since 2019. His areas of knowledge include personal loans, commercial lending, and SBA (Small Business Administration) loans. He takes the most satisfaction out of helping others purchase their first vehicle or tools for their small business. Besides being an Assistant Coach for Salt Fork High School Football, he belongs to the Danville Rotary Club and attends Small Business Development Center meetings at Danville Area Community College. When he’s not busy at the office, you can find this sports fan golfing, lifting weights, swimming, or playing basketball or pickleball. Colton also loves tailgating and watching Illini football games with family and friends. As a Green Bay Packers shareholder, he hopes to visit every NFL stadium someday.

Jessi has been in banking since 2008. She began her career as a part-time teller and worked her way up to Branch Manager of our Catlin facility. Her areas of expertise include deposits and card fraud. Jessi takes pride in helping customers with all their needs, especially when facing challenging situations. Outside the office, you can find Jessi enjoying the outdoors with Cory and their two dogs, Cooper and Izzy. She loves the fall season, especially because of football and Halloween. A devoted Chicago Bears fan, Jessi also has a passion for music and aims to attend at least two concerts every year.

Jason joined Fisher National Bank in 2024. His main area of expertise is in Residential Mortgage Lending. Jason moved to Vermilion County in 2012 and is happy to have made this his home and enjoys being involved in the community. He is a Past President of Danville Sunrise Rotary and is preparing to serve his second term. He also serves on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Danville, Crosspoint Human Services and Danville Library Foundation. Jason has volunteered his time with the Boy Scouts of America as a Den Leader, served on a Troop Committee and served as the District Chair for Prairielands Council Many Trails District. He also enjoys volunteering his time at the Ballons Over Vermilion and the Festival of Trees. Jason asked Kendra Edwards to Marry him while in a hot air balloon floating over Vermilion County during the 2023 Ballons Over Vermilion event. Kendra convinced him to design a tree with her for the Festival of Trees for the first time in 2023. He is the proud father of 2, Riley and Mikayla. He likes to golf, travel, or just relax at home around the fire pit (which never happens). Jason spends a great deal of his free time at home doing a DIY project of some sort.

Nancy Holden

Nancy has been in banking since 2010. Her areas of expertise include deposit and personal banking. She is most proud when she can simplify banking and alleviate financial stress for customers. In her spare time, she volunteers at community events hosted by Hooves of Hope and in the teen and children’s ministry at Potomac Church of the Nazarene. Nancy loves supporting her two kids in their activities and can often be heard cheering them on from the bleachers or sidelines. When she’s not busy at the ballpark or the office, she enjoys reading books and watching movies, and her perfect day involves being on the beach or on the water with her family.
